Welcome to The Power Anchor! We are dedicated to providing high-quality personal fitness training and value your commitment to your health and fitness journey. To ensure transparency, protect the availability of our trainers, and maintain efficient operations, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.

By purchasing, booking, or enrolling in any training sessions, packages, or programs from The Power Anchor ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. This policy applies to all clients utilizing our website, online platforms, and participating in our fitness training programs (collectively, "Services").

3. Specific Refund and Cancellation Terms

3.1 No Refunds Post-Subscription/Purchase

  • All sales are final. Once you subscribe to a training program, purchase a package, or pay for individual sessions, the payment is non-refundable. This policy reflects the immediate allocation of resources and the reservation of your trainer's time.

  • We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credit for any services already rendered or for any change of mind after a purchase has been completed.

3.2 No-Show Policy

  • A "No-Show" occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled training session without providing any prior notice.

  • In the event of a No-Show, the scheduled session will be forfeited, meaning it will be deducted from your package or charged at the full session rate.

  • No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for No-Show sessions. This policy is strictly enforced to respect our trainers' time and the operational schedule.

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling by Client

  • We require a minimum of [e.g., 24 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training session without penalty.

  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel or request to reschedule a session with less than [e.g., 24 hours] notice, the session will be considered a "Late Cancellation" and will be forfeited. This session will be deducted from your package or charged at the full session rate, and no refund will be provided.

  • All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made through our designated communication channels [e.g., via our booking platform, email to your trainer, or client portal]. We cannot guarantee acceptance of requests made through other means.

3.4 Unused Sessions and Package Expiration

  • All training packages and programs have a clearly stated expiration date. It is the client's responsibility to complete all sessions within the specified timeframe.

  • Any sessions that remain unused after the package's expiration date will be forfeited and are non-refundable. We strongly encourage clients to plan and schedule their sessions proactively to fully utilize their purchased services.

3.5 Trainer Cancellations

  • In the rare event that a trainer from The Power Anchor must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • When a trainer cancels, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, or a session credit will be applied to your account. You will not incur any penalty for a trainer-initiated cancellation.

3.6 Exceptions

  • Exceptions to this policy will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergency preventing all future training) and are at the sole discretion of The Power Anchor management. Any such requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

By proceeding with the purchase of any services from The Power Anchor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
